New City Phase 2 Map 2026: All Blocks, PDF & Directions

Quick answer: The New City Phase 2 map covers a multi-block residential grid in Wah Cantt, built around a main boulevard that links the Brahma Bahtar Interchange (M-1) with G.T. Road. It has 24 lettered blocks (A to U, then W, X and Y; there is no Block V on published lists), an Executive Block, extension sectors (A, E, M, N, P and R Extensions appear in current listings) and a commercial zone with New City Arcade. Homes are already built in many blocks, including E, I, J, G, H, L and M, so do not assume that only the inner blocks are developed. Always match your plot number against the society’s current layout.

New City Phase 2 Map: Full Block Layout
The map above shows the planned layout of every block. Use it to find your block, then check your plot number against the society’s current layout. Blocks near the Executive Block and the main gate were developed first, but listings in October 2026 show built houses and possession-marked plots across many mid and outer blocks as well, so check the street, not only the block letter.
New City Phase 2 Map Overview and Layout
The spatial axis rule: The main road skeleton is a wide central boulevard. Developer-linked listings describe it as 110 feet wide and about 5 km long, connecting the Brahma Bahtar Interchange on the M-1 with G.T. Road at Wah Cantt. Internal streets are mostly 40 and 60 feet wide, which gives the layout a predictable grid.
Phase 2 sits next to Phase 1 near the M-1 corridor between Wah Cantt and Taxila. The two phases meet along Phase 2’s western edge. The four boundaries of Phase 2 are:
- West: Phase 1 residential boundary
- North: outer society perimeter wall next to agricultural land
- East: perimeter wall along the far extension blocks
- South: main link road and the commercial zone frontage
Important: Maps shared on social media and old listing pages often show outdated block shapes and street numbers. Third-party map pages we found were last updated years ago and show only a few blocks. Use the current layout from the society office as your reference, and confirm it before relying on it for a transaction.
New City Phase 2 Map PDF Download
Download the New City Phase 2 map as a PDF to keep on your phone for site visits or to share with family. The file includes:
- All lettered blocks from A to Y (no Block V), plus the A, E, M, N, P and R extension sectors
- The Executive Block and the commercial zone
- The central boulevard and main internal roads
- The main gate and the link road
Need a sheet for one block only, such as N Block, I Block or E Extension? Message our team on WhatsApp and we will send the relevant section.
New City Phase 2 E-Map and Google Map
An e-map is the online version of the society layout. Buyers use it to see where a plot sits before they travel. Use the map above for block positions and the Google Map below for the gate and the approach road.
How to use the maps together:
- Find your block on the full map above.
- Open the Google Map to see the gate and approach road.
- Match your plot number and street number to the society’s current layout.
- Ask our team to verify the plot on site if you cannot visit.
An online map shows the planned layout. Ground boundaries can shift slightly during road cutting, so a map never replaces the society’s own demarcation document.
Plot Sizes and Dimensions in New City Phase 2
Searchers often ask what size a plot actually is, because listings use marla and feet interchangeably. These are the sizes currently seen in listings:
| Plot size | Dimensions (as listed) | Where it appears in listings |
| 4 Marla | Varies by street | N Block, D Block, G Block and J Block |
| 5 Marla | 27 x 50 ft | Most blocks, including A, D, E, I, L, N, Q and U |
| 7 Marla | Varies by street | Mostly built houses in E, H, I and M Blocks |
| 10 Marla | Varies by street | P Block and other outer streets |
| 1 Kanal | 54 x 100 ft (listed) | A, G, L and N Blocks, plus the Executive Block |
| Commercial | e.g. 9 Marla = 2,250 sq ft | Food Street and Arcade frontage |
Tip: Some sellers label a plot “old size” or “old plot”. Ask for the exact dimensions in feet and the plot number in writing, and compare them with the society’s layout.
New City Phase 2 Block-by-Block Guide
Phase 2 is not one uniform grid. Development differs from block to block and street to street. The status notes below combine our site visits with what is visible in public listings in October 2026. They are a guide, not a guarantee, so verify your own street before paying.
Executive Block New City Phase 2
The Executive Block is closest to the Phase 1 boundary and the main gate, which gives it the shortest access route into the society. Streets are wider than in standard blocks. The block is demarcated and has active residential construction. Plot sizes: 5 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal | Status: Developed | Possession: Available
I Block New City Phase 2 Map
I Block sits in the central-to-inner zone, with J Block to its east and internal distribution roads to its north and south. It is the most advanced of the standard lettered blocks, with road carpeting, utility ducting and plot boundary markers on most streets, and houses from 5 to 7 marla are listed there. Possession varies by street. Read the full I Block New City Phase 2 guide for prices and street-level availability. Status: Developing (most advanced lettered block) | Possession: Available, street-specific
J Block New City Phase 2 Map
J Block is directly east of I Block and shares a main internal road with it. Road work and utility installation are active on most streets, and finished houses are listed. Possession depends on the street number. For pricing and street details, see the J Block New City Phase 2 page and our J Block possession and buying guide. Status: Developing | Possession: Partial, street-specific
E Block New City Phase 2
E Block is a mid-zone block between the inner and outer parts of the grid, with Block D to its west. It is one of the most listed blocks in New City, with plots on major roads and finished 4 to 7 marla houses for sale. You will also see “E Prime” in some listings; confirm with the seller exactly which part of E Block that refers to. Status: Developing, with built homes | Possession: Varies by street
E Block Extension Map New City Phase 2
E Extension is marketed as its own sector, separate from E Block. Listings show it with its own street numbering, and some sellers group it with D Block, so labels are not consistent from one advert to the next. This is why the “E Extension” query causes confusion: two plots can both be called “E Block” while one of them sits in the extension.
Before you buy in E Extension, do these three things:
- Ask for the plot number, street number and the words “E Extension” in writing.
- Find that plot on the full map above, not on a seller’s screenshot.
- Ask the society office to confirm the plot is inside the approved extension layout.
For current availability, contact our team. Plot sizes: mainly 5 marla in current listings | Status: Developing | Possession: Verify per plot
N Block Map New City Phase 2
N Block is in the outer zone and includes plots on the main boulevard, close to New City Arcade according to listings. Plots are listed in 4 marla, 5 marla and 1 kanal sizes, many marked as ballotted with possession, and N Extension already has houses for sale. Asking prices for N Block are among the lower ones in the society, which attracts first-time buyers. Status: Developing | Possession: Listed on many plots, verify per plot
A, D, G, H, L and M Blocks
- Block A and A Extension: inner zone, next to the Executive Block. Houses and plots are listed, including “gas sector” streets. Both 5 marla and 1 kanal plots appear.
- Block D: northern mid-zone, with Block C to its south and E Block to its east. 4 and 5 marla houses and plots are listed.
- Block G and H: outer zone and outer perimeter. Finished 4 marla (G) and 7 marla (H) houses are listed, and 1 kanal plots appear in G.
- Block L: mid-outer zone. Plots are listed as possession-ready and within walking distance of New City Arcade and the Grand Masjid.
- Block M and M Extension: M Block has finished houses. M Extension branches east of the core block, and possession differs a lot between the two.
P, Q and R Blocks
- P Block and P Extension: possession-marked plots up to 10 marla are listed, some close to the main boulevard. P Extension runs along the eastern perimeter.
- Q Block: 5 marla plots and grey-structure houses are listed. It is one of the lower-priced blocks.
- R Block and R Extension: plots are listed, but information on street-level development is limited. Verify on site.
Other Blocks (B, C, F, K, O, S, T, U, W, X, Y)
These blocks have few recent public listings, so we cannot confirm their street-level status from the market. Based on the layout, B and C sit in the inner and mid-inner zones, F and K in the mid-outer grid, and S, X and Y at the far outer boundary. Treat the far outer blocks as long-term holdings until you have seen the ground yourself. Ask us for a block check on WhatsApp before you buy a file in any of them.
Is there a Block V? The published block lists we reviewed run A to U, then W, X and Y. Block V does not appear on them.
Commercial Zone, Food Street and New City Arcade
The commercial zone runs along the southern frontage of Phase 2, facing the main link road. It has retail plots, commercial floor space, a Food Street and New City Arcade. Commercial plots are listed from 4 marla upwards, and Food Street plots are among the highest-priced. See our New City Arcade guide for the full commercial layout.

Plot Terms Explained: Solid Cutting, Balloted, Possession and Gas Sector
Listings for New City Phase 2 use shorthand that confuses first-time buyers. Here is what the common terms usually mean:
- Balloted: a specific plot number has been assigned to the file.
- Possession: the society can hand over the physical plot. Ask for this in writing.
- Solid cutting / solid land: seller wording for land cut to road level and ready to build on. Check this on site.
- Gas sector: streets where sellers say a Sui gas connection is available. Confirm the connection status with the society.
- Old size: an older plot size label. Ask for exact dimensions in feet.
- Map approved / DPC done: applies mainly to houses under construction, meaning the building plan is approved and the damp-proof course is complete.
New City Phase 2 Asking Price Snapshot by Block
These are seller asking prices from public listings in early October 2026. They are not transaction prices, and corner, park-facing and main boulevard plots usually ask for more. Use them to compare blocks, then check the latest on our plot for sale page.

| Q Block | 5 Marla | About 22 to 27 lakh |
| N Block | 5 Marla | About 30 to 38 lakh |
| N Block (main boulevard) | 1 Kanal | About 1.5 to 1.7 crore |
| D Block | 5 Marla | About 37 to 48 lakh |
| E Block / E Extension | 5 Marla | About 42 lakh |
| A Block | 5 Marla | About 44.5 to 48 lakh (older plots on some streets ask more) |
| L Block | 5 Marla | About 50 lakh (possession, near Arcade) |

New City Phase 2 Location, Gate and Distances
New City Phase 2 is in Wah Cantt, next to Phase 1, close to the Brahma Bahtar Interchange on the M-1 Motorway between Islamabad and Peshawar. It has its own main gate, separate from the Phase 1 entrance. Buyers often mix the two up. For Phase 2, continue past the Phase 1 entrance to the next gate on the link road, and confirm with the security post that you are entering Phase 2.
| From | Route | Approx. time or distance |
| Brahma Bahtar Interchange | Link road | Short drive, about 5 to 10 minutes |
| Wah City Centre | Direct drive | 3 to 5 km, under 10 minutes |
| Islamabad (Zero Point) | M-1 Motorway | About 35 to 45 minutes |
| New Islamabad Int’l Airport | M-1 Motorway | About 36.5 km (distance quoted in listings) |
| Rawalpindi Saddar | G.T. Road via Taxila | About 60 minutes |
Times depend on traffic and the cantonment checkpoint. For live navigation, open the Google Map in the e-map section above, or search “New City Phase 2 Wah Cantt” in Google Maps.
How to Reach New City Phase 2: Directions
From Islamabad: Take the M-1 Motorway towards Peshawar and exit at the Brahma Bahtar Interchange. Follow the link road toward Wah Cantt. The Phase 2 gate is a short drive from the exit, with New City signage on the approach.
From Rawalpindi: Take G.T. Road northwest toward Taxila and Wah Cantt, then continue to the society link road. Allow about an hour from Rawalpindi Saddar.
From Wah City Centre: Phase 2 is about 3 to 5 km away, under 10 minutes by car, depending on traffic at the cantonment checkpoint.
From Taxila: Follow G.T. Road toward Wah Cantt. The society is on the Wah-Taxila corridor, so the drive is short.
Phase 2 vs Phase 1 vs New City Paradise: Do Not Mix Them Up
Three names get confused online. Phase 2 is the subject of this guide, with its own gate and block map. Phase 1 is the older, established part of New City next door. New City Paradise (sometimes called New City Phase 3) is a separate project by the same developers on G.T. Road near the Burhan Interchange, with its own NOC. Plots in Paradise are not part of the Phase 2 map, so make sure your file names the right project. For the wider picture, read the complete New City Wah Cantt guide.
What to Check When You Visit Phase 2: On-Site Guide
A site visit is always worth it. When you arrive, look for these signs:
- Road sub-base or asphalt on your plot’s street, which confirms street-level progress
- Utility conduit pipes or electric poles along street boundaries
- Concrete boundary walls and corner pegs, which confirm the plot is physically demarcated
- Construction on neighbouring plots, which signals block-level momentum
Confirm your plot location: Match your file number with the numbered markers at street intersections. Do not rely on an agent pointing at a patch of ground. Your allotment letter shows your plot number and block name; check both against the markers before you sign any transfer papers.
Documents to bring:
- Allotment letter (original or certified copy)
- Plot number and block name, printed
- The current Phase 2 layout map (use the PDF from this page)
Plot demarcation notice: Do not buy a plot file based only on a map drawing. Get a society-stamped demarcation document showing the actual corner pegs and street measurements before you complete a secondary-market deal.
Approval notice: New City is a TMA Wah-approved private scheme. Do not assume approval covers every block or extension. Ask for the approved layout showing your block and plot number, and a copy of the NOC, before you make any payment.
For overseas Pakistanis: Properties Corner agents visit Phase 2 regularly. They can send a video walkthrough of your plot and street, confirm possession and check progress against your allotment letter before you send funds. Book a remote plot verification.

Know the Layout Before You Move
The New City Phase 2 map covers a large, multi-block area, and not every part is at the same stage. The Executive Block and I Block are the most mature, but houses are now listed across E, G, H, J, L, M and N as well. Knowing which streets are built and which are still being developed helps you judge a file’s real value. Start with this page, then go deeper with the New City Phase 2 overview, the complete New City Wah Cantt guide, and the I Block and J Block guides.
